Description
The Lezser Red Cuvée is a blend of Portugieser and Kékfrankos, crafted with meticulous grape selection to highlight their best characteristics. Both varieties are fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. The Portugieser contributes mild acidity and fruitiness, while the Kékfrankos adds depth and structure. This careful grape selection results in a clean, aromatic, and easy-to- drink wine, which is part of the "Lezser" wine family.
Tasting notes
A typical red blend from the Villány region, based on Portugieser. It features vibrant aromas of red fruits, especially cherry and raspberry. Medium-bodied with smooth tannins, balanced acidity, and a harmonious blend of fruit and spice. This wine finishes with a clean, pleasant aftertaste, making it perfect for pairing with grilled meats, pasta with tomato-based sauces, or mature cheeses.
