Villány Cabernet Sauvignon from carefully selected vineyard sites, harvested from vines over 20 years old. We apply extreme yield restriction: one vine equals one bottle of wine. On the steep, lean, fast-drying soils, tiny shot-like berries ripen with exceptional concentration. The variety needs plenty of sunshine, which Villány’s location provides; harvest often takes place in late October. The wine is based on lots from several vineyards, matured for 12 months in French oak and then blended.
