Cancellation Policy

Booking and cancellation conditions (Wine & Valley) Participation fee: HUF 25,000 per person. Online deposit: To finalise the booking, an online deposit of HUF 5,000 per person is required. Guests may also choose to pay the full amount online when booking. Booking deadline: The program can be booked up to 72 hours before the start time. Cancellation: The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the start time. For cancellations within 72 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling: The booking can be rescheduled free of charge up to 72 hours before the start time, subject to availability. Rescheduling is not possible within 72 hours. No-show: If a guest does not attend the program, a charge of HUF 10,000 per person applies because the food must be prepared in advance. The remaining amount will not be charged, and the cost of the wines will not be added. Important: These conditions also apply to group bookings. Deposits and charges are calculated according to the number of participants.
