Shipping information
We currently deliver orders placed through the Günzer Family Estate online shop exclusively within Hungary. Orders are carefully packed in boxes designed for transporting wine to ensure that the bottles arrive safely.
Delivery is provided by MPL. The estimated delivery time is generally 2–4 working days. Orders are processed and dispatched on working days. Parcels are not dispatched on public holidays.
The delivery fee is HUF 2,000.
Delivery is free for orders over HUF 25,000.
Personal collection is also available in Villány at the Günzer Family Estate. Orders can be collected from the estate from the first working day following the order date.

1. Delivery Area
Delivery of orders placed through the www.gunzer.com website is currently available exclusively within Hungary.
International delivery is currently not available. Should international delivery become available in the future, the applicable conditions will be published in a separate delivery notice or in an updated version of this information on the website.

2. Delivery Service Provider
Delivery is carried out by MPL.
Parcels are delivered in accordance with MPL’s delivery terms in force at the time of delivery. The exact delivery time may depend on the operation of the courier service, the delivery address provided and the current level of logistical demand.

3. Delivery Fee
The delivery fee within Hungary is:
HUF 2,000 per order
Delivery is free for orders over HUF 25,000.
Eligibility for free delivery is determined by the total value of the order. The applicable delivery fee is displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout in accordance with the settings in force at the time of purchase.

5. Personal Collection
Personal collection is available in Villány at the Günzer Family Estate.

When collecting an order in person, please bring the order confirmation or be prepared to provide the name and order number associated with the purchase.

6. Payment Method
Orders placed through the website can currently be paid for exclusively by online card payment.
Cash on delivery is currently not available.

7. Packaging
Wines are dispatched in secure packaging designed specifically for transporting wine.
Bottles are packed in six-bottle wine boxes and prepared to provide the greatest possible protection against breakage during transportation.
The purpose of the packaging is to ensure that the wines reach the customer without damage.

8. Damaged Parcels
If a parcel is damaged during transportation and MPL identifies the damage during delivery, the parcel will generally be returned to us. In such cases, we will replace the damaged parcel and contact the customer to arrange the next steps.
If a customer accepts a parcel that shows visible signs of damage, please notify us as soon as possible at the following email address:

a brief description of the damage,
and, where possible, photographs of the parcel and the damaged product.
Reports concerning damaged products are handled individually, and we aim to provide a prompt and fair resolution.

9. Failed Delivery or Uncollected Parcels
If the customer does not accept or collect the parcel, it may be returned to us.
As cash on delivery is not available, if a prepaid parcel is not accepted, we will contact the customer to arrange redelivery.
The conditions of redelivery will be agreed individually. If the failure to accept the parcel is attributable to the customer, redelivery may incur an additional charge.

10. Delivery of Palack Piac Products
Palack Piac products are delivered in the same way as standard online shop orders.
Palack Piac items are carefully packed and dispatched by MPL in the same way as the other wines available from our online shop.
A Palack Piac product may be discounted due to a label defect or another cosmetic imperfection. This does not affect the applicable delivery conditions.

11. Delivery of Wine Club Packages
Wines associated with wine club memberships are handled according to the type of membership.
Where home delivery is included in a wine club package, the wines are dispatched with the same care as standard online shop orders, using secure packaging designed for transporting wine.
Home delivery is not included with Mr. Borklub membership. Members’ wines are stored in their designated vault at the estate.

12. Public Holidays and Exceptional Periods
Parcels are not dispatched at weekends or on public holidays.
During busy holiday periods, such as the period before Christmas, delivery may take longer because of increased demand on courier services. We therefore recommend placing orders well in advance.
