Irsai Olivér represents the fresh, light-hearted side of the Villány wine region. It is harvested early to preserve the harmony of its lively acidity and refreshing fruit. We ferment and mature the wine using clean, reductive methods exclusively in stainless-steel tanks, so nothing masks the variety’s primary aromas. Its lower alcohol and crystal-clear, fruity character make it a modern, easy-drinking white wine that is best served well chilled.
