Villány Cabernet Sauvignon from carefully selected vineyards and vines over 20 years old. We work with extreme yield restriction: one vine equals one bottle of wine. On the steep, lean, quickly drying soils, small, shot-like berries ripen with outstanding concentration. The variety needs plenty of sunshine, which Villány’s location provides; harvest often falls at the end of October. The wine is based on lots from several vineyards, aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
