These General Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the products, services, online purchases, program bookings, wine club memberships, offer requests and other services available on the website of at the Günzer Family Estate. By using the website, placing an order, making a booking, starting a wine club membership or submitting an offer request, the user accepts these terms. The service provider is Günzer Zoltán Sole Proprietor, 7773 Villány, Oportó utca 6. The terms cover webshop orders, payments, shipping, personal pickup, program bookings, cancellation conditions, invoicing, complaints, data protection, copyright, liability, force majeure and governing law. Hungarian law applies.

These General Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the website, webshop orders, bookings, offer requests, hospitality programs, wine club memberships and related services of at the Günzer Family Estate. By using the website, placing an order or making a booking, the user accepts these terms.
Orders and bookings are confirmed electronically. Prices are shown in Hungarian forints and include VAT unless otherwise indicated. Payment and shipping conditions are shown on the website. Program bookings may be subject to deposits, cancellation deadlines and minimum group sizes.
For online purchases, consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal where applicable. Opened, damaged or incomplete bottled products can only be returned in accordance with the law and condition of the product.
Complaints may be submitted using the contact details above. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website. Website content, texts, photos, videos, logos, wine descriptions and program descriptions are protected by copyright.
